Filipino Breakfast

One of my favorite Filipino breakfast is the staple dilis or Philippine Anchovy. Normally dried and fried, it gives a salty crunchy texture. If you are not Filipino, it will take some getting used to with the smell and the taste but it’s so good especially paired with tomato and spicy vinegar, fried (red) rice, and fried egg.
