Growing up, I used to eat a lot (A LOT) of Indian Mangoes during summer. It is so abundant and readily available during hot seasons. It is also not usually sold in the markets as you can literally pick it up in your backyard (or your neighbors). I love to eat it with bagoong or shrimp paste or simply a chili salt!
We received a box of Indian Mangoes from my mother-in-law, and I decided to create an Indian Mango smoothie out of it. No recipe really, just put the sliced mangoes (I chose the green to ripe ones) and ice in a blender and voila! So good, cheap, and refreshing.
